Our Approach

We apply a ‘Grain to Glass’ philosophy and pride ourselves on using premium quality ingredients when making our hand-crafted spirits.

This has inspired us partner with farmers from the Riverina region in New South Wales to bring wheat and barley from the paddock directly to our distillery in Wollongong. It is there where we prepare the grain, distil the alcohol and finally bottle our hand-crafted spirits.

We do all this with a socially responsible mentality. 100% of our power requirements are met through renewable sources of energy and we only use Australian grain in our spirits.

We are part of a sustainable business culture and are excited to share our passion for making premium quality spirits with everyone around us.
