Our carefully balanced integration of modern technology with traditional distillation exemplifies our approach to vodka craftsmanship. We use wheat and barley, grown in the nutrient rich, red earth soils of the fertile Riverina region to form the basis of the first vodka distilled in Wollongong. Our ingredients are infused with pristine mountain spring water, collected from deep within the aquifers of the Southern Highlands. The result is an eloquently smooth vodka ready to be shared.
