Refunds Policy

  1. Once Headlands has accepted an order for a product and shipped the order, the buyer has no right to cancel or vary the order
  2. The buyer may cancel or vary the order prior to shipment. In the case of order cancellation, the buyer will be eligible for a full refund
  3. If Headlands accepts a return of goods from the buyer due to a major fault in the product, the buyer will eligible for a full refund or store credit. In the latter case, the credit will be applied in reduction of the price payable by the buyer to Headlands for future products sold by Headlands to the buyer
