The coffee beans are naturally fermented with the cherry on, resulting in delicious fruit flavours and complex aromatics of jasmine and citrus, perfectly paired with dark chocolate undertones. To enhance the complexity, we’ve added locally roasted cacao nibs, sourced from a small islander-owned farm in the Solomon Islands. The liqueur is then fortified with a premium aged grape-based spirit, carefully selected to complement the fruit flavours of the coffee beans.
