This whisky began its life in an ex bourbon cask from Four Roses Distillery in the USA – winner of the World’s Best Single Barrel Bourbon at the 2024 World Whiskies Awards. It has then been finished for an additional year in a French oak cask seasoned with 15 year old Seppeltsfield Rare Muscat – an exclusive Australian fortified wine made from Victorian grapes of the Muscat Rouge à Petits Grains variety.
It has achieved international acclaim and been awarded Double Gold medals at the 2023 and 2024 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, performing at the highest level against whiskies from all over the world.

This whisky has been bottled at a strength of 46% and it is not only smooth, but bursting with flavour. Adding small amounts of water to neat whisky can help release additional complexity and highlight different flavours. Have a seat with a Glencairn whisky glass and add drops of water while sipping to get access to this range. When doing so, don't forget about the connection between your taste and smell. We spent countless hours perfecting the milling, fermentation and distillation of the grain to find the ideal variety.
